Mix all your dry ingredients. Then add your oils. Make sure to mix well together. If your are a vegan substitute the whole power milk with a cup of almond or coconut milk at the time of your bath. You can also add a 1/2 cup of Sea or Epson salt to your bath. This is great to detox and the combination of baking soda and Epson salt promotes circulation. Please consult your doctor if you have a heart condition. This is a special treat, so we recommend that you do this no more than once a month at the most.

Label your new creation. You can use it in your next bath ritual. We recommend for you to soak for 30 to 45 minutes with a good read and melt your worries away as your body is being relieved of all its impurities. As a second option you can add this fizzy salt to the water while getting a pedicure. This is a good alternative if you are not a bath taking kind of person.  Enjoy!!  Happy 2017…
